This quick and easy recipe transforms simple ingredients into a restaurant-quality meal that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions. The sweet and tangy glaze complements the savory fish, while the golden crust adds an impressive touch that will leave your guests asking for seconds.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine chopped pecans, panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the honey-mustard glaze and cover evenly with the pecan-breadcrumb mixture.
