  • 1 cup ripe pineapple, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into half-inch pieces.
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. While the bread is toasting, dice the pineapple and mango into small cubes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced fruits with chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Once toasted, remove the bread from the oven. Spoon the fruit mixture generously onto each slice.
  6. Drizzle balsamic glaze over each bruschetta before serving.
