  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz yellow chocolate melts
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crush the OREO cookies into fine crumbs using a zip-top bag or food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the yellow chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip each chilled ball in the melted chocolate and let excess drip off before placing back on the baking sheet.
  6. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles for decoration.
  7. Chill again for about 15 minutes until set before serving.
