Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle a cinnamon-brown sugar mixture over it (equal parts brown sugar and cinnamon), then add the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean. Let cool slightly before glazing with powdered sugar mixed with milk.
