  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cold butter, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, oats, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles pea-sized crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in raspberries into half of the crumble mixture.
  5. Press half of the crumble into the bottom of the dish, spread raspberry layer evenly on top, then sprinkle remaining crumble over it.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool before slicing.
