- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted cold butter, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, oats, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles pea-sized crumbs.
- Gently fold in raspberries into half of the crumble mixture.
- Press half of the crumble into the bottom of the dish, spread raspberry layer evenly on top, then sprinkle remaining crumble over it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool before slicing.
