- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar while mixing until fluffy. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Layer sliced strawberries on top, then spread the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Scatter fresh blueberries over the top layer. Bake for about 40 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least four hours before slicing.
