Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

  3. Melt white chocolate in intervals until smooth; set aside to cool slightly.

  5. Fold in melted white chocolate and most raspberries (reserve some for topping).
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
