Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (wild-caught, fresh or frozen)
  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Thaw and rinse the shrimp under cold water. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
