  • 2 Yukon Gold potatoes, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
