Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Let the sourdough dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic and olive oil to form a paste. Stir in chopped dill and crumbled feta.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Spread the garlic-dill-feta mixture evenly over the dough. Roll up from one long side into a log shape and seal the seams.
  5. Slice the rolled dough lengthwise to expose the filling; twist the two halves together.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
