  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • Water or milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; gently fold in dried cranberries.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  7. While cooling on racks, mix powdered sugar with water or milk until smooth for frosting. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
