  • 2 tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tube black decorating gel
  • colored sprinkles for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll the pretzel dough into ropes (1/2-inch thick) and shape them into classic pretzels.
  3. Boil water and baking soda in a large pot; drop in pretzels for 30 seconds, then remove and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  4. Sprinkle coarse sea salt over wet pretzels and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips; drizzle over cooled pretzels in a zigzag pattern to create webs. Use black decorating gel for added detail.
