Description

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using, place a pizza stone inside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  4. Layer fresh spinach evenly over the ricotta base followed by shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, drizzle with olive oil, slice, and enjoy!
