  • 34 drops green food coloring
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with festive cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar while mixing until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix well; stir in vanilla extract and milk.
  5. Gently fold in dry ingredients and green food coloring until just combined. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean; cool completely before frosting.
  7. For the frosting, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then frost cooled cupcakes before serving.
