Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined and resembling cookie dough.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt green candy melts according to package instructions until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted coating, allowing any excess to drip off before placing back on the sheet.
  6. If desired, decorate with sprinkles before they set completely. Return to the fridge until hardened.
