  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and baking chocolate together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
