  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull one cup of fresh strawberries, then chop into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix one cup of rolled oats with two tablespoons of chia seeds until evenly combined.
  3. Add the chopped strawberries, half a cup of nut butter, and two tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup) to the dry mixture; stir until well combined.
