Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth. Gradually combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  5. Pour batter into a greased donut pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. For the glaze, mix mashed strawberries with powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Dip cooled donuts into the glaze or drizzle it over them before serving.
