- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the pasta shells until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, chopped spinach, half of the Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each shell with about two tablespoons of the cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish, arrange stuffed shells on top, then cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with leftover Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
