- 4 flatbreads
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix minced garlic, grated ginger, and Thai chili paste. Toss in sliced chicken until well coated. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
