Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tbsp Thai tea leaves
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a kettle until rolling.
  2. Remove from heat and steep Thai tea leaves in the hot water for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a pitcher using a fine-mesh sieve.
  4. While warm, stir in granulated sugar to taste.
  5. Allow the tea to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. Serve over ice and top with condensed milk and coconut milk as desired.
