Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add crumbled tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Stir in minced garlic and mixed vegetables; sauté until tender but vibrant (about 3–4 minutes).
- Add day-old jasmine rice and soy sauce; stir well to combine and break up any clumps.
