  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about half a cup of pasta water.
