It’s easy to prepare and packed with essential nutrients, making it the perfect healthy snack or festive side dish for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups diced apples (12 medium apples)
  • 2 cups orange segments (2 medium oranges)
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup diced kiwi (3 medium kiwis)
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits: dice apples, segment oranges, and chop kiwi and banana.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced apples, orange segments, pomegranate seeds, kiwi, and banana slices.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the fruit mixture to prevent browning and enhance flavor.
  4. Gently toss the salad using clean hands or a spatula to mix evenly without mashing the fruit.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally drizzling with honey or yogurt for added flavor.
