Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
- Place short ribs in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the ribs ensuring they are fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Arrange marinated ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake uncovered for about 3 hours until tender.
- Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Brush additional marinade over ribs and return to oven.
