- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced (about 3 cups)
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions
