Ingredients
  

Watermelon Mojito
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed and seedless
  • 10 leaves fresh mint plus extra for garnish
  • 1 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz white rum adjust to taste
  • 1 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup club soda to top off
Pineapple Basil Smash
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple cubed
  • 8 leaves fresh basil plus extra for garnish
  • 1 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz vodka adjust to taste
  • 1 oz agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup sparkling water to top off
Strawberry Lemonade Spritz
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz gin adjust to taste
  • 1 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda to top off

Method
 

Watermelon Mojito Preparation
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon cubes and mint leaves together. This releases the flavors of the mint and breaks down the watermelon to create a refreshing base.
  2. Add the lime juice, white rum, and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top off with club soda. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with additional mint leaves and a watermelon wedge. Serve immediately.
Pineapple Basil Smash Preparation
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh pineapple cubes and basil leaves together. This helps to release the aromatic oils from the basil and the juices from the pineapple.
  2. Add the lime juice, vodka, and agave syrup to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Garnish with a basil leaf and a pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.
Strawberry Lemonade Spritz Preparation
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the sliced strawberries and lemon juice. Muddle them together to release the strawberry juices.
  2. Add the gin and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with a slice of strawberry and a lemon wheel. Serve immediately.
